Change in EE

Hi Friends,
I have done some change in my EE profile. After changing i have come back on my profile here are showing tow option one is "Update Form" and 2nd is "Revert changes" Now please advise which option i click so that my application can update with new inserts.

At the bottom of the page there should be a Continue or save and exit button. Click continue to confirm the changes and transmit.

I have click the save button and exit now after exit i am on the Candidate Express Entry page hare are are showing 2 option on the front of the said option
