Change in Document Checklist

HI Experts,

I am about to dispatch my application, but i have notice some strange in http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/skilled.asp

when i check Document Checklist [IMM 5612] it was Oct-2014 on Thursday and yesterday i check it was Aug-2014, Really confused to include
which document check list. My consultant has asked me wait till Monday and dispatch my application
Any thoughts on this.. Please help

be very cautitious about this. check the doc checklist from differnt devices. for example your laptop, tablet and mobile. i sent my app a week back. i could see its august version in my laptop and in mobile i saw october version.
in laptop its mostly becaue of the cache. so ensure to clear cache and cookies in laptop. try using a fresh browser and machine to see the correct doc checklist.

mostly it should be october. u may see august because of the browser chache

is it alright now? do u see october 2014 at the footer location of the PDF. u can use this PDF in your application. good luck

Do not get confused. Use Oct one and explain the same in your cover letter. Send your application asap.
