change degree in WES is not possible?

Hi friends,
My friend created a WES account to get ECA for her Bachelor Degree. She has completed her Masters Degree and wanna modify her account for Masters degree. She already has an WES account which has been completed and only payment is pending. We have tried to change degree but only contact info can be edited. Even we tried out creating new account with different mail id and it shows that they have already have those information with different mail id. Please help us to change the degree.

Just apply for new degree evaluation.

Call them. They have agents available from 9 AM to 2 PM.

Yes... use CES ... (is it a right name?)

Ask them to evaluate graduate degree and then use their reference number instead of WES number.

CES takes forever, don't go to University of Toronto CES if you want your ECA in a hurry.
