I am currently studying in a college in Canada . I came here in sep . If i want to take admission in university or college , can i do?

Yes you are free to change colleges. Look at your study permit, it should say you can study at any institution.

u can change ur study field,college,uni, whenever u want..,..,but u need to have a acceptance letter first .,also u can change to same study level without
informing CIC .but if your study level changes CIC should be informed.,

what do u mean by study level ? Course?
