Change college after getting Visa before going to canada

What if i get a study permit for the college I am about to attend in fall and then got an admit from another good university (the program is different but related) for Winter Intake?

i think you can do that , its called deferment, dont know if it possible to do from one college to another , but have seen people do from same college changing from one intake to another

As per my views, don’t do it before coming to canada. You can have some problems at immigration.
