Hi everyone,

Just wondering if anyone is going to University of Waterloo for their masters in Sept 2017 intake? My sister got her acceptance letter for MENG and is currently waiting on her official Bachelor's degree from her current university. She will probably apply for her study permit in first/second week of June. Anyone else going to UW? Do you guys think its wise to submit her application at VFS Chandigarh or Delhi is best option?
