Chandigarh embassy is taking so much time in visa processing

My sister applied on july 6th still no reply.you should send them an email because processing time is already passed.hope so you will get resultsApplied for visa at Chandigarh embassy on 8th June still no reply ....now I am becoming restless.. anybody who applied in June and got visa at Chandigarh embassy
