Chandigarh Consulate is not dispatching passport

My marriage date is 15 July 2016.I invite my family Mom ,dad , sister and my mom's family uncle( mama), aunt( Mami), there son and daughter and my mom'm mom ( nani). Total 8 Visitor visa applications from which embassy dispatched my mom, dad, sister , uncle , aunt , nani( mom's mom) passport separately on 16 June with 6 month single entry visa. BUT still waiting for uncle's son passport.
On 29 June they dispatched uncle's daughter passport with 6 month visa.
Why it is taking so long ?
They applied all together at Chadigarh VFS, why their passport is dispatched separately with one-two day difference ?
Why uncle's son application is still in process as they applied all together ?
Is it possible for them to submit letter to expite process ?

They booked flight for 4 July 2016 and is it possible for them they can come separatly all can come on 4 July and if uncle's son got visa they can come afterwards? Is there will be any problem at entry canada with CBSA as they applied together so they have to come together ?

why their passport is dispatched separately with one-two day difference ?

Their passports were dispatched as-and-when the processing was completed. Applications submitted together may not get TRV decisions simultaneously.

Is it possible for them to submit letter to expite process ?

You can send a CSE + email to the Chandigarh VO requesting for an expedited decision

is it possible for them they can come separatly all can come on 4 July

They can either come together or on different flights/different dates. No problem at all

Now we all decided that all will board flight on 4 July and IF uncle son will get visa on time then he will come.

As per the email request I don't think so they gonna reply before 3-4 weeks as my marriage functions will be scheduled from next week.

May be they will submit request letter through VFS as processing time has been passed and to expite the process as this May be the fastest way to communicate with Consulate.

Let's see, hope for the best.

You can also include a copy of your cousin's flight bookings (if it is confirmed) with the request letter. Hopefully you'll get a decision soon

His ticket was also for 4 July as for other members now he has extended his ticket to 10 July 2016 and we didn't think to attach ticket with request letter BUT now we will attach ticket with request letter that he will submit today.

I think Canada Consulate accepted our request and online tracking status changed to -

He'll get his passport through Blue Dart Couriers which deliver even on Saturdays (if your cousin lives in a metro/city area).

You can:
1. Track the courier delivery on the Blue Dart Couriers website (not the VFS site)

2. Link the paper application to the online account.... check for the approved/closed status update

He lives in village and he gave Ludhiana courier address to pick up from their office.

Thanks bryanna we was thinking to get passport on Monday because we was not aware of office hours for courier company.
He was able to get his passport on Saturday from blue dart office.
His visitor visa got approved and changed ticket for monday to make it to my marriage.
I am happy that all my family will be present in my wedding.
