Please mention that you have applied at Chandigarh CHC in your post. 1. hamein ni pta delhi mein kitne VO is waqt kaam kar rahe hai.

2. Na hi hamein pta lag sakta hai k kis vo ne visa diya.

rejection letter pe sign hai, VO ka name hai jo same hai sare rejection ke case me....
approval pe wo sign wala letter nahi aa raha.

Very wrong thinking bro........Just bcoz u and some others have got rejection u are blaming it on one VO.
There is def something with ur profile or course u have applied. Try to find that and correct it, then apply again ......This way you will atleast have chance to get visa.

Then how all of us got same reasons, same words? all have different profile and relevent courses.
for ex : Though everyone applied for IELTS he gave a reason of language abilities and so on.

For my case I did same course available in India and he wrote course available locally. Didnt he check I already did and submitted its marksheets.
I cant digest such random reasons just to accomplish their file targets.

12th - 65%
BE computer - 60%
Diploma in Animation and Visual effects (A)
IELTS = 6.5 (not less than 6 in any)

Applied course:
diploma in animation and visual effects (1 year )(specialization course)
8500$ fees paid

Liquid + residential = 1.5+ Cr

Sorry to say Bro but ur case is very valid for rejection. VO considers you of using SP as medium of getting entry to Canada and not genuine student.

Apply for Masters in Animation from a University to increase your chances of getting visa.

I did 3 yr regular course and canada offers 1 yr specialization course. In this world only 5 universities are offering Master degree in this field with costin gof 65,000$ without quality education So should I go with that hige investment or should i choose quality education of 30,000$ what I need as a specialization....!!

go for masters, u have already done a 3 yr course in India and applied for the same course lol are u crazy. Thats why you got a rejection bro.

only 4 colleges are providing master degree in this world. This field is different than others so degree courses available rarely.
