chances to get visa third time

i want to know i got refusal two times now if i want to apply third can i get visa?

first they we r not satisfies that u will leave Canada after studies n second again they we r nt asatisfied
my profile 10th(2009)--75%
12th(2011)---56% non med
computer course of 10 monthes frm april 2011 to jan 2012
ielts 6 bands no less than 5.5
first got refusal for jan intake den may

yah i paid full 1 year fee n attch GIC n proof funds i show my father n mother's income tax slips

I think you should prepare a strong SOP and convince your VISA officers that you will definitely return to india no matter what and that you are just going to enhance your skills and after returning you will serve your mother country blah blah blah

yeah thnx dude bt now first i applied yesterday for CAIPS i want to know d reason after that will aplly
