Your profile seems fine. But you need to attach a very strong SOP with your application, this time. Also, try to give reasons for your backlogs, in SOP.
And try to choose a course, in which the core subjects should not be same with the subjects for which you had backlogs.

i cleared all backlogs with 60+ marks
I will give explanation by considering the marks which i gained later in that subjects
Is that enough or should i explain smthing more about backlogs.
