Chances of visa rejection

I have graduated in BSc Electronics with 55% marks and a total of 3 backlogs. I was doing my MBA in Human Resource Management but had to drop the course because of some health issues in my 3rd semesters. Now I wish to study for a course in IT from George Brown College, Canada with 1 year work gap. Is there any need for me to do a specific job based on my degree? And what all are the chances of my visa getting approved??

I have been on this forum for more than a month now, and, interestingly, most of the visa rejection cases that I have witnessed here are due to a proposed diploma or as they say advanced diploma in a college. Just for your information !
