Secure minimum 6 in each band

Well, you should attempt IELTS once again and score 6 and above in all band. However your back logs seems to be a major minus in your application. The only way now is to justify with very very strong SOP. Try your best rest - leave it on GOD.

Get admissions in master's and present a good profile.
Improve ielts to atleast 7

Assuming backlogs mean you didn't complete the program or failed in them, the VO likely response will be you will struggle academically in the program in Canada
