dear all

please share your views in my case , i was applied 4th time or last online yesterday.i was got rejected in 3rd attempt because i had forgotten to upload all my educational and language ability certificates.

below mentioned are the documents attached this time .

1.all required forms for study visa .
2.non immigrant intent letter from me.
3.my salary slip $ 3500.00 per month in singapore, employer rehiring letter,employer leave letter.
4 parenst sponser affidavit,itr,salry slip,6months bank statement,
5 gcms note copy , explained all shortcomings that were mentioned on 3rd attempt, In letter of explanation with evidences.

6 all educational certificates

7 canadian college refernce letter.
8 total funds shown $60881.00

well i am totally tired with canada .

here are all details whtever was happened with my case previously.
10th 62.8% cbse chd 2005
10+2 62.6% cbse chd 2007
bsc general pu 60% 2010
one year Diploma in hospitality management from singapore 69%. 2012
ielts 6 -- 2013

1st attempt was on sept 2013 under spp, reasons they gave me are purpose of visit,not have enough funds , i have shown fund that time were $25 k in total excluding gic and 1st sem fees , college is lambton toronto campus. course- post graduate diploma in hospitality management.sop attached, salary slip ,sg visa everything shown

2nd attempt from singapore jan 2014 , reasons they gave - travel history,purpose of visit,immigration status blahha blaah.., funds shown that time 33k , college were fleming , course graduate certificate in hospitality management .after getting 2nd refusal with baseless reasons from sg. i was ordered caips and there i got to knew that they have problem with ties and why do same course canada at higher cost..


on 3rd attempt online 1nov from chd india , i have explained all shortcomings of gcms notes with solid proof of everything.unfortunately i was forgotten my educational docs to upload, i thought they retrive from my previous application.then they rejected again on 10th nov with reasons that i have not submitted my educational docs etc. college were north island college bc,
funds shown that time 57 k with educational loan and several fd's,course post graduate diploma 2years in hospitality management may intake 2015.


4th attempt on 18 nov online --i was shocked , there is only 1 reason left with them that they did not gave me in my all 3 previous refusals that is your past studies is not relevant to your current studies ...this time *censored word*s gave me this reason...what nonsense this is..college were same as on 3rd attempt,funds shown 60k,canadian college reefrence letter and all documents were attached mentioned on 1st post

now i am planning to send an application again to request them to ban me for whole life ... so that they will happy,,,thats all i want now.

dont not get tensed first be calm then carefully select your province , uni, arrange LOO,LOA,pay 1st semester fee & prepare strong SOP covering all aspects. did you add afidavits, proper bank statement with bank covering letter salary slips notrized documents.

dont not get tensed first be calm then carefully select your province , uni, arrange LOO,LOA,pay 1st semester fee & prepare strong SOP covering all aspects. did you add afidavits, proper bank statement with bank covering letter salary slips notrized documents.

bro i can tell u each and every thing about canadian universitys,colleges,courses,province etccc everything is on tips. In my all previous attempt i had applied after searching day and night to improve my case on goggle and gathered docs then applied. but i really can not understand what they need from me.

yes i have attached all notorised docs,canadian college reference letter in which they clearly mentioned how this course relevant to me and each and every bank statement i have uploaded online with seperate bank letter.

bro i was came singapore as a student in year 2011 after studies from 2012 onwards i am working in trading company as a market research analyst, getting SGD $3500 per month. now i have a work visa till dec 2016 as yesterday it was renewed by company again.


I had applied for post grdaute diploma in hospitality management for may 2015

1)Whenever you applied from Singapore, did you submit the "certificate of no criminal conviction" issued by the Singapore Government?

2)You are working as a market analyst in a trading company, and you applied for a course PGD in hospitality management. My suggestion would be to apply for a course that is related to your job and a make a strong SOP stating that although you started as a Hosp.Management grad but your job experience has lead to you to choose this course and after course you will come back to the job. If you show them this job as your home tie but go on doing a different course in your case you are a market analyst but you are doing a course in hospitality management.... This type of things confuses VO. Either you change your course to fit your job and show your current job as home tie or you wait for a period while you work in hospitality management and then apply with pgd in hospitality management showing that job as your home tie. Do you see the problem?

3)And furthermore how does this PGD "Enhance your employment opportunities...? , You know this question right? Its in your Singapore study plan ! So how does this PGD in Hos.Mang helps you in current job as Market analyst in trading company(after all you are showing them that you are going to come back and join this job again)

4)Have you shown any tax filing on your Singapore job's salary? The transaction history of the account where your employer deposit the money, provided that you do receive your salary in bank account. If not then any other genuine proof that you do receive such salary else then your Salary certificate.

5) Have you shown any property in india?. That can work as a home tie.

6) Is your immigration record in singapore clean i.e no overstay etc ?

did you submit the "certificate of no criminal conviction" issued by the Singapore Government?
and you also have to take a program that's related to your studies other they can even reject you on the basis of course mismatch & if you are planning to reapply i will suggest you to prepare a strong sop covering all the rejection points & your intentions too.
