Chances of visa approval

Hi! I am from Nepal. I applied for study permit 4 weeks ago and i just recieved a mail saying that the passport has been dispatched without medical request. Can anyone say is there a chance of visa approval??

Are you part of country does not need medicals

Nope we need to do medical examinations but the immigration didn't asked me for the examination and they have already dispatched my passport to VAC whereas all of my documents is complete and enough so i thought there is no any chances for refusal
