Yeah you are right. I should have applied for caips note before but i thought it's a general reason for refusal so i just elaborated each point of my previous refusal letter and submitted explanation letter

Yeah maybe you are right but i don't think this will help cause i have done everything that i had to do from myside. Even made strong SOP and explanation letter regarding my previous refusal. So now i won't do anything more.

I think now i won't reapply cause it's like wasting time and money now i don't think there was any reason for rejection.

I just got a mail and when i logged in to my GC account. I saw a message and update and it shows Application status: A final decision has been made Review of eligibility: We regret to inform you that you do not meet eligibility And in last column Final decision: It is blank
