You have the basics a minimum 6 IELTS score in all modules or better helps.

As listed on the CIC website it's not just about your Academic Score.

You have to apply to a Designated Institution, get accepted and provide Financial Proof that you can support yourself in Canada.

Usually CIC wants to see min., $10K + Full amount of Tuition.

You also have to clear medical etc.

Check your facts orca, it is not full amount of tuition, only first year tuition fee.
