Chances of Study Permit

I'm accepted into Queen's University for Sept term conditional upon successful completion of Bachelor's. I'd be getting my degree certificate in the month-end of July.

Following is my profile:
IELTS: Overall 7.5
Medical examination and Police clearance done beforehand.
GIC of 10,000 CAD purchased
Education loan sanctioned.

What are my chances of getting a study permit?

What subject is your bachelors and what course have you applied for at Queens as that is a consideration for a study permit. Also timing may or may not be an issue applying end July for September whether comes through in time.
