Chances of study permit if applied in university category..

Hello,
Good afternoon

My name is Akash Sharma and am from India. I applying for Study visa as i got offer letter from Concordia university. I just want to know that i have overall 6 bands (S=6.5,L=6,W=5.5,R=5.5) But university do not have any regret for that score. I paid first semester fees $11,600 and GIC $10,200 also.

Furthermore,I have education loan worth $14,150 and i have also Fixed deposite of $15,100. Morever, i have also back up of $11,300 as this amount in my brother's account.

please pay attantion on my case and tell me that it is enough for my study permit as above disscused. Because, am really scared for filling as i dont have much more funding and high score in IELTS . So, please tell me what is the chances of my study permit.

You have enough funds but IELTS is low, nobody can really know what visa officer will do with your application.

My Sop is also attractive and covering all the points as place,university,my goal and strong reason which i will come back my home country ..
