DR Who said:I think the chances are pretty low for rejection if your docs are legit, you clear the medical and are not a security risk. They have already given you more then 67 points as you are in process and if they find your docs to be good then expect an early MR. If VO feels that some of your docs are suspect then expect the MR to take longer. This only applies to post June applicant. http://DID YOU MEAN TO SAY PRE JUNE CASES ???The VO tends to park pre-June case cases in in-process stage for a much longer time.

Where can we find the report of London Visa Office where they mentioned to reject 50% of cases? as mentioned by you
Thanks,
Indus
kkhan870 said:The chances are pretty high because if you look at the recently report of London Visa Office they had rejected more than 50% of applicants
it means they had already cleared the CIO process and they were rejected by the London VO, may be I am wrong please correct if I am.
haral said:2nd AOR is issued by Visa Office when they recieve a complete application - once a complete application is submitted the rejection only happens if there's a problem in job descriptions not meeting their NOC requirements or points are less than 67....or if there's a problem with documents...
so my comments which were actually given a Qorax in another thread only are relevant to genuine applicants who have assessed their applicants thoroughly before applying and have produced good documents meeting their requirements..
