chances of refusal after medicals

three months ago i sent my medicals exams, proof of funds, rpfr and passport

i ordered caips last months and on caips it says

medical no adverse
pof no adverse

everything seems ready for visa issueing, sending file for final revision to visa officer

so can i still be refused

There aren't many more reasons for them to do so at this point. Did the notes indicate that your security checks were done as well? Because that would be the only other factor. Otherwise, it may just be that you need to wait until the next time the visa officer reviews your application.

Keep in mind that CAIPS/GCMS notes are 30 days old when you get them, so it's possible your application is already moving forward.

If you see the letter along with medicals,they do mention that security and background checks have been initiated,anybody from chd attending CIIP,on 9th Oct at Chandigarh

With a crazy immigration around,anything can happen.so many per feb 2008 completed medicals,he did not even think once about their wait or life.

as long as there have been no mirepresentations or any of the friends/family/associated with terrorist or activties that posed risk to national security , you will be fine.

refusal can happen even at POE. But,very rare !
