Chances of PR from 1 year Masters in Toronto?

What if someone is going for 1 year masters in toronto, after the studies (1 year), he will get PGWP.. but at the same time, he can apply for PR immediately, right, but what are the chances of actually getting the PR status?

what if he doesn't get the PR in short period of time (in that 1 year PGWP duration), he cant get PR ever?

Before compilation of 1 year course you will get PR after completion of course you will receive passport by cic. Did your consultant told like that

what? no. i dont have any consultant now.

btw, i just rephrased my sentence at 1st post.
