Questions:
I lived in Singapore from Dec 2002 to Feb 2004 and requested appeal letter from CIC in Mar-2014 along with the application and also in Aug-2014 along with the PCC submission. Nothing from CIC yet but my application is on track. Do you think CIC may request for Singapore PCC at this stage or waive off considering clean record from 3 other countries?
I applied for electronic copy of GCMS to validate this information. (Applied 23th Oct 2014)

Thanks

If you haven't provided you have to provide one , your GCMS notes will let you know that by if your criminality is in progress.

Are you kidding ? or its a genuine serious comment if it is then you are mistaken .

Thanks Gurindar, Well I wanted to provide one. But the problem is appeal letter from CIC. As per the rules, Singapore only issue PCC after the appeal request from the CIC. I tried to obtain the same from CIC but unsuccessful.

CIC reference
The CID will only process requests for COC for non-Singapore citizens who have resided in Singapore for at least 6 months. A COC request letter along with a COC Appeal Application Form will be sent to you by the Immigration Office after reviewing the application. You are required to complete the COC Appeal Application Form, plus a COC Application Form that you may obtain from the SPF website (please see address above). Once you have completed the forms, provide the required supporting documents listed above, and submit in-person or by mail to the COC Office. Please note that the Certificate of Clearance (COC) will be mailed directly to the Canadian immigration office requesting the certificate.
