Doesn't seem bad to me, tell us what is your current highest diploma/school program, and what will your program in Canada be about?

Also are you staying with your sister?

What proof of funds do you have?

Be more specific and cut the abbreviations, i want to help you but i need better context and writing.

Specify whats the grade (highschool, bachelor degree, post-degree, etc...) that you currently have and what are you applying for.
Also, i asked if you will be staying with your sister when you arrive in Canada.

Top of my head and from what i can tell that you wrote, the 58% seems to be the problem, but i don't wanna judge to quickly without proper context.

This is something i never fully understand, why pay tuition fees without having Study Permit first? I mean, unless you know for 100% sure that you are actually going to Canada with a Study Permit... don't give your money away... it already sucks having to pay for all this extra fees, but tuition fee is (normally) a huge amount of money, so my advice is MAKE sure you can go first and then pay your tuition fees.

Looking at your case now:
In a 1 to 100% scale, 63 and 64% doesn't classify as "good" from my point of view and it's 10-12th grade? But i don't know if this is reason enough to get Visa rejected, apparently it is.
I know this is harsh but my advice to you is to:
1- Get your money back (ask for a refund with the college);
2- Try to get a higher diploma/degree in your home country and get good scores in it;
3- Apply again.

This is unless you wanna try applying again, but... that 63 and 64% aren't going to go up by themselves.
I know it sucks and you are in tight situation, but at the end of the day it's the Visa Officer who is reading your application.

I am sorry but that doesn't make sense to me, sure tuition fees payment is a proof of fund. BUT you have 0 proof that you will actually get your visa and risk loosing all that money. Sure refunds is usually an option but you still have to wait a bit to get it... and most colleges will charge fees for asking refunds... and in the end they are the ones laughing cause you just gave them all this money from fees, and didn't went to the college and they have another student there in your place to pay them.

In my case i still haven't applied for study permit, because i am getting final documents i need, in order to make a stronger application BUT, if i get denied study permit and they ask me for proof of tuition fees i will just quit in studying in Canada and maybe try other routes.

The way i see it, if you show that you have enough proof of funds to cover the tuition fees (show a bank extract with the same amount per example) that is enough.

Am I the only one who thinks this way?

What about me ome700, im from pakistan, I got an entrance scholarship for my high school grades and I've applied for Biomedical sciences and my sister is a permanent residence holder in Canada. I've also shown sufficient proof of funds to support me for the first year. What are my chances?
