Chances of MS\MEng in Electrical Engineering

Hello,
I am Harsh Sharma i am currently in final year of my B.E. in Electrical Engineering.
Suppose If my profile is as per below, in which university i would get admission in Ms\MEng in Electrical Engineering related field

B.E.=65%
IELTS= 7.0
GRE=250-300
so in which university i would get admission in MS or MEng

go for MEng. If you have a solid research paper then go for MS. But in canada last passing marks counts heavily. so better apply for MEng.

i am having cgpa of 8.00/10 in electrical engineering
ielts score will be about 7 bands (will be appearing for IELTS next month)

i would like to know which universities i should apply and how to get fundings

moreover if i need to find a potential supervisor, how to approach him?
