Chances of me getting my visa

Hi please suggest me chances of getting visa....My acads are
10th -60%
10 + 2 - 72 %
Then i have done few certificate courses from private institutes in animation.I started working from 2004 and gained 6 years of experience as an Animator. Scored 7 Band in ielts. I have applied for graduate certificate course at Seneca for Game Art & Animation.and also a diploma course in the same at centennial.
Financial:
My uncle, close family friend is being a guarantor for me.

I would be glad if people can tell me the chances i have. So that i can be mentally prepared

in which category did u applied as in spp you should show only bank loans as financial document

You are taking a loan with your uncle as guarantor? And he is not in your relation? This might be create a problem in getting a VISA to be frank. Why didn't you put either of your parent as a guarantor?

My academics---O level form CIE (1A,4B,1C,1D),AS-Level from CIE (maths-C,Phy-E),IELTS-6.5,SAT I-1200,SAT II-maths:590,phy:560,Few ECA activities

Fund--FDR-25 lac(appox.33334 CAD),15lac in savings acc.(approx. 20000 CAD) {NO LOAN}

Income source--- My father(SPONSOR) is a service holder is salary is 1.2 lac per month and we have some fixed assets form which we get more 5 lac per month as rent monthly is come is aroung 6.2 lac (approx.8300CAD) as well the yearly income becomes 99600 CAD

I was also teaching in a school for few months....

So xpertss plz let me know about my sts...

there is no property on my parents name . so i had to put my uncles property. if i get the education loan sanctioned through this, will the visa guys get to know whose property it is?

1. I think you should select course according to your 12th qualification/subjects. I do not think if CHC is going to trust your private institute certificates and even 6 years of work experience as an animator as there is nothing official on the visa checklist to prove your work experience. With 6 years of gaps after your 12th, you should go for a full undergraduate degree.

2. Yes, you can take sponsorship from your uncle and for that you need to follow some requirements;

For sponsorship you need;

1. One reference letter (good if it's on official letter head) showing,

- Sponsor occupation
- Relationship to you
- Number of dependent they have!
- Full Contact details.
- One letter from the Sponsor's employer (on a letter head) showing;

1. Employer contact details
2. Business address.

With a decent profile, you can get a visa even for an eight months certificate course.
