I am waiting at 450. Although I will be getting an additional 13 points in June (I complete two years of employment in Canada) which would bring my score to 463 the chances of getting an ITA in the next few months seem bleak.
That score has been invited in the past, so you have a huge chance. This time an ITA with that score might take a bit longer than before, the cutoff is now around the 470 mark but it will slowly decrease.
my understanding is if # of draws is to remain 1000-1100 per draw, then cutoff should come down gradually. I myself am waiting at CRS 464. all the best to you.
There's a quota for visas to be issued this year. Rougly half of EE-2015 will take these visas, since for most July 2015 applicants visas were issued in January 2016.
Liberals cut quota for 2016 by 20%, thus amount of invitations per draw was cut as well to fit into 2016 quota.
I received a couple of ITA's at 459 (Sept 15) and 454 (Feb 16), points reduced due to getting a year older. So you definitely have a great chance. Just don't think about it, it will come when it comes. Keep up the good spirit.
