I got my ECA and IQAS gave me 4 years of bachelors. It says " bachelors and masters degree combined is generally four years of bachelor". So, now my score is 65, what is the chance of me getting an ITA? is there any chance that SINP points will drop after the pandemic to 65?

I think most of us would say the chances of that are extremely low. Can you increase your score in any way?
Iam afraid i can't! 65 is after i achieve clb 8, maybe the only chance to increase is to get a job offer. But don't know how i will get that or will anyone can help me or not?
The chances of securing a job offer are very low. You can certainly try. However I would not count on finding a job offer to support your immigration to Canada.

My NOC is '1221' administrative officer. I didn’t actually. I saw that there is a concept of maximum points, that's why maybe i will not be able to do so. Because i already have 20 points as i have clb 8 in english and it shows that maximum point i cam get is also 20.
