chances of getting visa?????

hey mah frnd wants to aply for canada student visa ...plz suggesst sumthin...what yew guys think are the chances of getting visa if he would apply.... 10th-46% 12th-45% bsc in hotel managent-60 % ielts-6.5 applied before b.sc and got rejected. Thys tym he wanna apply in mba in hospitality.

It depends a lot on visa officers. I have studied many cases and you can say luck plays a major role in getting canadian visa...but if your profile is good and you get rejected. Then in second change your success rate becomes high. But in your case your profile is ok. There are gud chances of getting visa. You surely need some luck. All the best
