Hi,

I have applied for visa a couple of days ago. I have done Master in Computer Applications (a 3 year course in India) and will be going to pursue (hopefully) M.Engg in Software Engg. Now, I do understand the difference between these two courses and have tried to explain the same in visa sop as well but I still have doubt about whether I'll get visa or not.

Anybody in this forum who has had a similar experience?

On a side note, my academic record is fairly good, 10th - 80%, 12th - 82%, Under-graduation - 60%, Masters - 80%, IELTS - 8.0.

Chill and Relax. I am also going for double masters. Got my visa approved. If you have justified your selection of pursuing 2nd masters and as well as satisfied the fund requirement, you should be just fine.

"If you have justified your selection of pursuing 2nd masters" This is what's troubling :( But it is good to know there are people going for double masters and getting their visa application approved.

Chill man. It should go fine. Just wait now. Hopefully your visa will come soon :).

Same scenario! One (M.Sc IT) is generic whilst the other is specialized study.

could you please share a little bit about your background of your 1st and 2nd masters and your profile?
