Hai I came in canada at 2018 January by study permit I studied 2 semester in the course and another 1 semester on other courses and went back home and I came back and took another course on 2019 may and I extended my visa with that course I got 2nd study permit till nov 1 but due to some reason I had to withdraw from the course and my study permit expired on Nov 1 on 2020 I wasnt studying any courses on that time period. And on March 2021 I am trying to extend my permit again in the hope to complete a course. I am stressed out by the thought that ircc will reject my permit because of the gap. What are my chances of getting my study permit extended 2nd time without completing any courses will I have possibility to study at my new college

It's hard to say. It will depend on the officer who is processing your application and what explanation you have provided for dropping out of your program. If your last study permit expired on Nov 1, 2020, then I assume you applied for a new study permit in March 2021 (not an extension). I'm also assuming that you applied to change your status to visitor before your study permit expired in Nov 2020 to keep your status in Canada legal.

Would add that once you dropped out that first semester when you had your 2nd study permit, your school should have reported you for not attending and your study permit could have been cancelled at that point. You may not have had status before November 2020. Have you been working throughout the time you haven't been studying?

I didn't work on that time and now they send me a mail asking for my transcripts what should I do when I sent it

You need to send the information they have requested. I would also recommend that you include a letter explaining the circumstances again.

If I get rejected I have a employee who is ready to give lmia. If I do that will the study permit rejection history be a bad mark ?

Your history in Canada may make it more difficult to get a work permit approved.

So if I get rejected and I want to stay what my options?
Someone was told by a lawyer that they must leave Canada, and reapply from their home country
Visa officers have leeways in some situations.
But if you been in Canada not attending classes the VO cannot restore your study permit by immigration law.
The transcript is prove that you have not been attending school, and for however long.

Okay so it is going to be rejected right and if if it what are my options rather than going to my home country with these covid situation

You would need to try to restore your status to visitor status.

The same mistake I did. I joined in a cheap college in a cheap country in 2013...course expired on 2014, I deferred exams only and never worked anywhere but spent my money there by living in the same country. I am valid to stay for 2.5 years. I left county between 2014-15. One exam pending, came back in 2016 and finished it off. Instead of doing this rubbish, I should have moved to a different country. In your case, if it is course classes, the visa officer Can reject as you finished all classes. If it’s is exams, you can write and go back. Such horribly wasted time!! For you, Don’t come back and enjoy back in England, plus start working. Canada wages and uk wages are the same.

I am holding a work permit from October 2020, I applied for TRV in December and was waiting and wondering why they don't issue it, as it should take only 2 months. Today, I received an update in my profile that says the application is cancelled and they will send a detailed message later. Anyone knows what could be the issue?

All small companies are shut, this provides liquidity to banks->this can give rise to some banks problems-> again this banking problem can tweak consumer confidence-> then some kind of a recession and unemployment is soaring high.... only company job visas are given after a wait.
