Chances of getting a Visa without GIC or payment of 1st yr fees

Guys.. Please help me out here!!!
I do not plan to take GIC neither can I pay 1st yr fees as I can register only for Jan-Apr term.
If I show enough finances through Bank Statements. Are the chances of my Visa application getting rejected higher?

U must have understood that fee payment is mandatory

I asked as it is "Strongly Recommended" and not Mandatory. Also, I wont b able to pay entire first year fee as I do not have the invoice. The invoice will be generated semester wise depending on my course registration!! Hence all the confusion..

If u have seen the check list ,there they ask for fee reciepts,what will u do in this case?
