Chances of admission in MUN, NL

I want to take admission in Memorial university of newfoundland in M. Eng (Thesis based) program as an International student p, I have done electrical engineering with CGPA 3.18 and I have IELTS 7 overall, What are my chances to get admission?
Need information because I can only afford fee of MUN.
