Chances for Pnp

Hi I am planning to move to canada and i have filed my EOI As well...My score is 430 and My NOC IS 4215....I know express entry is difficult. But do i have chances for PNP...Cannot improve score further my IELTS score was L: 9, R: 8,W: 7, S:8..I have 6 years of experience with three degrees according to ECA...But my husband's qualifications fetch me zero and neither he has any Experience since he is into his business...Please let me know what are my chances for PNP

Just curious, with more than 1 degree and that IELTS score, how come is your CRS only 430?

Its because my Husband's Education is just done grade 10 and no experience too because of his own business and no IELTS by him too
