Hi guys, i'm gonna apply for CEC, and i'll include my just married wife in the application with me as well.
And as this is really important to me, i just want to be 100% sure everything goes right.

So is there a chance that my CEC application got denied (I got have valid work permit, and have been working full-time for job with NOC B)? Please share your experience. I really appreciate it.

No one can guarantee that your application will be approved.

But yes if you have all the valid papers + no criminal history + no health concerns -> then you are probably safe.

Also remember if your spouse is ineligible, that will make you ineligible too, thus result in rejection.

Most of the rejection is for not having the correct NOC code and not having a proper job letter. Make sure this 2 are thorough and you ll be ok .

Sorry, but what do you mean by spouse is ineligible? If we're married, she'll be eligible to be added into the application with me right?

What I meant by 'if your spouse is ineligible' (she has criminal history for example).

The correct term is inadmissable. If either of you have criminal ,security issues or severe health issues you may be inadmissable to Canada even though you are found elegible for PR under any of the immigration streams (aka CEC). You can find all needed information on the CIC website www.cic.GC.ca
