Applied for post graduate diploma in Accounting in Selkirk Collage
Visa send to Banglore VO.

my visa got rejected by giving OTHER REASON for sep intake applied again for jan16 intake in same college by just changing the course to pg diploma in business admin from pg diploma in accounting.

funds showns
in dad acc 1550000 lakh INR ( 30000$$ CAD)
first sem fess (5000$$ CAD)
GIC 10000$$.

want to knw the chances of visa ??

Its a game of Chance, you have to try try again, and hope fully you will get it , just try to cover the reasons you were being asked .

I have seen peopple who got visa for the first time, and were rejected the second time, by providing reason, that the person might not come back.

once i got rejected i applied for CAIPS not and thn on the basic of that i made my sop and submitted the file

the main reason for your rejection is writing(5.5) according to me but you may try again sometimes luck plays important rolr in your visa approval
