Chance of getting my spp visa for Project Management @ Fanshawe College Jan 2013

I am Badshah Iqbal from India

I have completed Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering on May 2012 from Anna University - Tamilnadu
I got 7.49 CGPA ( had 2 backlogs in 3rd semester and cleared in the 4th semester )
I got 66.7 % in 12th and
83.24 % in 10th
My IELTS overall band score is 6.5 with
Listening - 6.5
Reading - 6.5
Writing - 6.0
Speaking - 6.0

I have paid 13677 CAD ( Tution fees + Mandatory non tution fees ) from family source
And have a loan of 6 lakh from Canara Bank to meet my Living Expense

i couldnt apply for the last intake and that made a study gap of 6 months

Can anyone comment on my chance for visa under spp ? :'(

Have u got the fee payment receipt from college?????? how its look ....coa i had got a normal receipt without letterhear or stamp nothing thats y

ranjit002 i havent got any fees receipt from college yet..forwarded bank receipt only on nov 2nd..all i got is a mail from my bank with an attachment of receipt which shows the transaction details of my fee payment...its more like an acknowledgement.

Is this the one we should submit for visa process..or do i have to wait for any receipt from college?
