Challenging WES evaluation

Hi Guys,

I am not sure if anyone tried anything of this sort earlier but then there is always a first time for everything. Just to give you a little background. I have done a Masters in Science where on completion of 1st year a PG Diploma is granted with marks and award printed on same certificate and on completion on 2nd year a Separate Master degree is provided along sided mark sheet for 2nd year.

WES marked my masters as incomplete for not sending Degree certificate for PG diploma and for not sending mark sheet for 1st year. After I wrote them a email explaining and by attaching prospectus from my university they marked it complete

I got my ECA report few days ago where they have marked my first year as separate diploma and 2nd year as separate so now I have 2 diplomas but no masters.

My question is, Is there a way to challenge WES evaluation? I am loosing 7 points and chance of getting an ITA because of this

hello every one , I am going through same type of issue with WES , my sister applied for evaluation through WES for her educational documents, WES considered her Master degree( which she got after 4 year of time period , with high bench marks ) as bachelors ,couple of time contacted WES regarding this issue but no satisfactory answer received from WES, beside that WES has so much delayed in replying any email we sent them. was thinking to challenge them or pursue them in the court , if any one else has same type of issue from WES please high lite it that here or any other forums as this seems monopoly type of thing ,

same here keny, due to WES wrong evaluation my sister gona lose 6 or 7 points and to achieve those points she needs to do ILETS with score 7.5 , i am thinking to challenge WES in Canadian court and wana take that case to CPA ( consumer protraction act)department
