I wrote my 3 levels of the CFA program and currently am a Charter-holder.
Is the CFA designation accepted as an English proficiency under the education category?

From the look of it, passing CFA exams isn't among the language proofs listed here : https://ircc.canada.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=571&top=5

You can call IRCC and ask, but there's a chance you'll need to pass a language exam, which should be a formality.
