Certify documents in a wrong way

Hi friends
Please read my situation carefuly and see if you can help me. I do appreciate as I found no answer elsewhere.
I have already received ITA and I have also prepared all my documents (translated to English through certified translator) ready to start e APR.
The problem is that since yesterday I have noticed (from some lawyer websites) that the documents must be certified this way: a statement written " I certify that this is a true and correct copy of the original document" and then signed by any of listed authorities (including notary public). My documents have been signed by a notary public with two statement stamped on documents written "True Copy of the Original Document Certified" and "Signed by X, Notary publuc No. Y in Z city, Country X Date XYZ)
I found no particular statement in CIC website regarding certifying documents. It only says that documents must be signed by authorities .... . But no specific word or statement mentioned or suggested. Do you think I need to change all my documents so that the sentence suggested by the lawyers exactly written there? Is the language or words that important? Is my case subject to rejected for such a reason?

I think you got them right, I cant see any difference between them....

However wait for a senior member to respond...for me yours is ok... notaries here also just stamp it, they dont do anything else...

What do other applicants do with their translated documents? From countries other than Europe or US?

I have read many strange reasons for rejection in this forum that made me really anxious and thought that everything is possible. I would like to see what other non English language people do to certify their docs.

for my transcript of records,eventhough it is originally in english,i submit a certify true copy since i had to reduce the size of it by photocopy first the original copy..


is that okay?

What?

You had a document in English, and you had the original, but you used a certified copy? Why?

Why not just scan the original with a lower scan quality?

transcripts are usually in a long piece of paper and cannot fit into a normal scanner..so i had a photocopy in hand of my transcript in an a4 size piece of paper then had it certified..

i tried scanning the original using an office scanner,the big one but it does not push through.

do you think it would be a problem?

If it's a certified copy (and the transcripts aren't mandatory anyway) then I assume so.

I have a few translated documents and i have the stamp as ' certified to be the true translation of ......language name"

signed/stamped by notary.

usually a translated doc if furnished will be along
- ctc of the original
- translators affidavit
-translated version
