Certified vs Notarized copies of Transcripts

Hi All,

I´m planning to apply for a CSQ shortly. However I´m currently facing an issue with getting a certified true copy of my university transcripts. Problem is, that I can´t no get any authorized instution to certify my transcripts. So, my questions is, does anyone know if notarized copies will do as well?
