I just want to know how i can provide certify copies of the orginal documents for my sponsorship appliaction from Algeria given that notary public does't certify copies here.

Use the city hall to do that. For police certificate the parquet will certifie it. Other than that use APC.

Should that be enough? I mean just to certify birth certificate at the city hall without going to the department of state of foreign affairs?
