Dear friends
I would like to know if having either an EIT licence or a P.Eng licence from a province engineering regulator such as APEGS could be considered for following item from CRS system to get higher points in Express Entry system?

7) Do you have a certificate of qualification from a Canadian province, territory or federal body?
Note: A certificate of qualification lets people work in some skilled trades in Canada. Only the provinces, territories and a federal body can issue these certificates. To get one, a person must have them assess their training, trade experience and skills to and then pass a certification exam.
People usually have to go to the province or territory to be assessed. They may also need experience and training from an employer in Canada.
This isn’t the same as a nomination from a province or territory.

You can call IRCC and confirm just to be on the safer end. Good luck.

Here is IRCC answer to my question which is absolutely useless.

Good day Faramarz Farahafshan,

Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

Our Express Entry (EE) application system awards points based on the information that you have provided in your profile.

To obtain detailed information concerning the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) criteria, please refer to the Ministerial Instructions issued for the EE program.

You may update your EE profile if your situation has changed and/or if you submitted incorrect information. In order to do so, we invite you to follow these steps:

  1. Access your account,
  2. Under the section Continue an application you haven't submitted, click on Continue Profile ,
  3. Once on the Express Entry profile page, click on the Update form button corresponding to the section you want to modify.
If needed, more information regarding what happens once you are in the pool is available for you.

We hope the information provided is helpful in assisting you with your enquiry.

We would also like to suggest the following online services that might be helpful to you with any immigration, refugee and/or citizenship future requests:

Sincerely,

Mathew, Agent 4029

Then it's irrelevant to you. Certificate of qualification only applies to those who apply under skilled trade.

Hello my friend!
I have a similar problem. I've got a Letter from APEGS confirming that my Engineer-in-Training application has been approved.

I don't know if putting it in my EXPRESS ENTRY application. Did you find another answer? Maybe from IRCC? Thank you so much in advance.

Your EIT is not trade certification so you don't need to include it in your Express Entry profile. It doesn't give you extra points. It is only of benefit for the SINP program if you get an SINP invitation or get an ITA for EE and then move to Saskatchewan.
