Does anyone know any certification useful for PR in the field of food processing?

Useful in what way? If you mean points for a CoQ, no - it is not a "trade."

hi nimmi,
I’m also working as QC technician in food processing industry and also booked OWWCE test(waste water treatment) but I’m also confused about this. See the job duties on your job letter. Is that mention about water test? And compare it with your friends job letter. If it doesn’t mention related to your certificate then probably your application will be rejected. Reply me asap
Yes, I mentioned about the duties on waste water. What’s the thing is OIT is under skilled trade and QC is not a skilled trade. Even though if we keep related job duties there are chances of negative opinion. And also it depends on the officer. If you know any other certification let me know .

Hi there, those working as QC tech in food processing industries, does your job duties match with noc 2211. Can you please give some guidance on this.

I am confused because my work NOC is different from the certificate of qualification that i have (9243). And i read forums here people saying that certificate of qualification is only for people who work in skilled trades @limin_w .
Hi,

did you use this certificate in your profile.? If yes then did you get PR using this certificate.?
Your help will be appreciated very much.
Thanks.

Is it worth doing Ontario waste water certification program ? To get extra 50 points ?
Nope. IRCC closed that loophole. A certification involves an apprenticeship that takes years off on the job training and education.
