Certificate of Qualification

Can you assist? I got my ITA yesterday. I am gathering my documents for upload. However they are asking for Certifcate of qualification. I didnt recieve a score for it. What are they referring to exactly. I studied at a Canadian College. I studied business. Is it the ECA they are referring to or is it the Canadian College diploma?

It is for trades occupations.
You receive either 25 or 50 points depending on your level of first language.

You say you didn't receive any points for it though? Must be an error so?
The ECA is under category 'Level of Education'.

If you are 100% certain that is CIC's error and you were not awarded any points then you need to send a CSE (Case Specific Enquiry) for some clarity.
If you WERE awarded 25 or 50 points and you DO NOT have a COQ, you will probably have to decline the ITA. Just my thoughts.
