Hello everyone,
I am hoping to work in Canada through the federal trades program, or maybe skilled workers. I don't have a job offer, so I know that I need a certificate of qualification. I also know that each province regulates itself. I ALSO know that some provinces do not require licensing/regulation (like BC), while others do (like Ont). My QUESTION is: I have read that through the Express Entry program, the process often requires that you first travel to Canada to take an exam. It is one thing to get your qualifications certified, but then you still need to take an examination in the province you wish to work in. Is this true? Is there any way that I can get COMPLETELY qualified and eligible to work WITHOUT having to travel to Canada for an exam?
Thanks!
