certificate of qualification in Federal skilled worker program

Hello All,

I have one doubt in CRS, My NOC is 2263 (level B), i am occupational health and safety officer if i get certificate from BCRSP; which is a Canadian certification body, then can i claim points for certificate of qualification in Federal skilled worker program.
 
I am very sure If you get the certificate from bcrsp u can certainly claim points for cert of qualification because that's a regulatory authority .
 
The certificate of qualification is for trades only. No you can't get those points.

this is not true... if his job requires him to be licensed 2 practice & the province registers him based on meeting the requirements then it's a cert of qualification

lol BCRSP issues trades cert to the trades persons ..
