2. How I can get this? I never visited Canada? I am in GCC. Is there any way out?

I checked and I found that I meet all requirements except the below one.
a certificate of qualification in that skilled trade issued by a Canadian provincial or territorial authority.

Can you please guide how I can get it?
 
You just said you are not in Canada. So the most likely answer is that you cannot get it.

What is your NOC?
 
Your job isn't a trade, you do not qualify for those points.
 
I worked as a technician also and I can get real experience letter . Will it help? What should I do next to get these points?
