Certificate of live birth from Canada

Can someone please advise me how I can give this document, I am a born Canadian and the birth paper I have is not consider a cert of live birth, can someone send me a link so I can apply

Google is your friend - check/ contact Vital Statistics in the Province/ Territory you were born in who will have the details of how to get your birth certificate.
