Certificate of Good Conduct from Saudi Arabia

Has anybody gotten a certificate of good conduct/police certificate from Saudi Arabia for living there for more than 6 months as part of their application process? I know they make a big fuss about giving it to you so has anybody succeeded in getting one and if not then what did u tell CIC? and what did they say in return?

Very difficult to get Saudi PCC from outside. u need to find some agent for Saudi PCC. also u can ask for exemption.

Thank u for ur reply. Really appreciate the help. But what do u mean by asking for exemption? What does that mean and how do I get it? Please help

I saw in this forum some people requested CIC to exempt from Saudi PCC, since it is very difficult to get from outside and they got the exemption. I was in Saudi 15 years before, CIC did not ask for Saudi PCC. One of my friend got Saudi PCC thro an agent from Ottawa. Hence wait until CIC ask for Saudi PCC.

oh I see, ok so I'll try asking for exemption since they have already asked me a PCC from saudi. I even applied for it but so far no response... If I still don't get any response from within this week then I guess ill try for exemption .
